Refund Policy
If a refund is necessary, we will reimburse you for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, once the item has been returned in acceptable condition according to our terms and conditions. Please note that the refund process may take approximately 10 days from the receipt of the returned item(s).
Orders are fulfilled based on the availability of items at the time of dispatch. While we strive to keep our inventory information up to date, if any of your ordered items are unavailable when your order is packed, we will issue a refund for those items. You will be notified via email regarding the unavailability and subsequent refund.
Order Cancellation or Modification
To cancel a recently placed order, please contact our customer service within one hour of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or have items added or changed. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product.
Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused with all original tags/labels attached. Please note that clearance, closeout, and discontinued items, as well as altered or used items, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
After considering the specified terms and conditions for returns, contact customer services via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Provide your invoice number, details about the product, and indicate whether you wish to exchange or return the product.
Once you receive the RMA (via email), pack the item securely in a box, label it with the provided RMA, and return it to us. Please notify us via message or email once this process is completed.
Credit for your return will be processed once the product is received at our warehouse. For exchanges, please place a new order, as direct replacements are not offered. This process typically takes 5-10 business days.
